Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude zm77's liability for death or personal injury caused by zm77's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

In all cases where zm77's liability to a player is not excluded by these Terms, that liability shall be limited to the total value of deposits made by the player to their zm77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zm77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
